Rajasthan Education Information द्वारा, प्रतिवर्ष बनाये जाने वाले शाला समंक प्रपत्र एक्सेल फ़ाइल में उपलब्ध करवाये जा रहा हैं। यह एक्सेल फ़ाइल आपके लिए अत्यंत उपयोगी है क्योंकि इसमें Auto Calculation के साथ साथ Print तथा Print Preview के लिए दो Button की सुविधा भी दी गई है यानि सिर्फ एक Button दबाने से सभी 10 पेज अपने आप A4 साइज़ में प्रिंट हो जायेंगे। (Print Button आपके कंप्यूटर की सेटिंग्स पर निर्भर करता है और Print Preview Button सभी कंप्यूटर्स के लिए है। यदि Print Button काम नहीं करे तो Computer के Control Panel > Devices and Printers में जाकर Computer से जुड़े हुए Printer को Default सेट करें और Printing Preference में पेज साइज़ A4 सेट करें।)

● फ़ाइल को कंप्यूटर में ओपन करने से पहले Devlys 010 और Times New Roman फॉन्ट अपने कंप्यूटर में इनस्टॉल कर लेवें।
● फीडबैक के आधार पर सभी त्रुटियां सही कर नई एक्सेल फ़ाइल पब्लिश कर दी गई है।
● शाला समंक की नई एक्सेल फ़ाइल बिना किसी संसोधन के पब्लिश की गई है। फ़ाइल उपयोगकर्ता संदर्भ तिथि और जिशिअ को हार्ड कॉपी उपलब्ध करवाने की तिथि में संसोधन अपने स्तर पर करें।
